Mr. Ashcroft's Department of Justice has been very busy this year. Of course, all of this in my opinion is a moot point since the IRS is not a part of the U.S. government nor does it have any authority to conduct the type of illegal activities its engaged in, backed up by the thoroughly corrupt federal courts and a cowardly Congress.

As far as David Bossett goes, he was warned by Larry Becraft back in 2000 this would happen. Larry drove at his own expense to Dave's office down in Florida. The meeting was also attended by Dewey Tobias, a long time friend of Larry's. During this long meeting, Larry tried to explain to Dave that there was more to the 861 subchapter N argument that Dave was using and that if he didn't begin then to prepare his defense, serious trouble would befall him. It has. Larry and Bill Benson actually raised this issue back in the mid-'80s, but it seems no one was interested in hearing their experience in the matter.

For an update on what has happened to all these people since the first Bob Schulz symposium in July, 1999, go to:

If you are or have been a client of Dave Bossett, Thurston Bell, the Joy Foundation or any of the others mentioned in the Department of Justice Press Releases, I would highly recommend you get yourself an attorney now. The feds will, if they haven't already, obtained the entire client lists for all these people and will then begin going after all of them. This is serious, serious stuff.

If you missed the update in the 'Mail Bag' section, here it is again and there's nothing more that needs to be said:

Updated March 31, 2002

Regular readers to this site know I travel. I was gone from February 22nd through March 5th. I then went to Phoenix on March 12th and returned the 18th. Upon my return I had thousands of e-mails and hundreds of pieces of snail mail. I read what I can and trash 90% of what comes in that is of no value.

There were over 400 e-mails from people asking me how to get out of the tax system, how to drop out of social security and many other legal issues. I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice.

Regarding the IRS:

In the 11 years I have been in this 'movement,' I have never seen one presentation that so indicts the government for its lies and fraud on the IRS and withholding as I witnessed at Bob Schulz' hearings in Washington, DC on February 27 and 28, 2002.

If you want to see the almost 400 questions and evidence to back up every response by the attorneys and experts who answered those questions, get the video and CD (with the documents) from those two days.

There is nothing that wasn't covered that day regarding the IRS, the IR Code and the massive lies and fraud perpetrated upon the American people.

I have ordered several sets of them and intend to make them available to anyone who will watch them.

Every question asked of me in e-mails about the IRS is answered during those hearings.

I urge you to get the videos and CDs and make a systematic circulation of them to anyone and everyone you know. Give them as a gift and use them to help you in your particular situation with the IRS. That is the best answer I can give you.

As far as the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) who are even more vicious than the IRS, I can and do recommend the Free Enterprise Society. See: http://www.freeenterprisesociety.com/
